Founder and CEO,
Jeanine LeFlore

Jeanine LeFlore is CEO and Founder of LiveHit, Inc. (www.livehit.com), a Real-Time Data Analytics company that provides end-to-end solutions to help clients optimize and monetize their sites. Within a few months from launching public Alpha, Jeanine has secured 6 business development deals, has grown the backend of the company to track over 100M unique data profiles, and is already earning revenues. Jeanine has over 15-years of experience in operationally running businesses including general business management, product management, marketing, business development, public relations, project management, engineering, user experience design, and customer care. She specializes in Social Media, Social Networking, Social Discovery, Real-Time Data Analytics, SaaS, Building Online Communities, Gaming, Virtual Economies, Avatars, and the Millennial generation.

Most recently, Jeanine was Vice President of Products and Marketing at Piczo (www.piczo.com - the leading online forum for teen self-expression) where she directly oversaw product development, marketing, PR, M&A Activity, design, and member services, and cross-functionally managed application and platform engineering. She also was acting Vice President of Business Development for Piczo with the successful close of ten deals including YouTube, Yahoo!, Slide, and Sony/Crackle. Reaching 13M active monthly unique visitors, over 28M total unique user accounts, and over 2.5B monthly pageviews, Jeanine successfully lead Piczo to be one of the top 10 teen social networks in the world.

Previously, Jeanine created and ran Yahoo! Avatars, a first-to-market next generation business and global 1.0 platform designed to capture youth, generate revenues, and drive engagement cross Yahoo!. As Business and Product Head, Jeanine established herself as the resident expert on the youth target audience, virtual economy, and evangelized youth cross the Yahoo! Network through the Yahoo! Youth Tiger Team. Her successes include building out Avatars from concept to creation localized across 13 countries, integrating it into over two dozen Yahoo! Properties, and driving Avatars to over 10M active monthly users, and over 30M total users.

Prior to joining Yahoo!, Jeanine was senior technical product manager for AOL where she was responsible for creating the next generation AOL media and voice services including Video@AOL, Radio@AOL, Radio@Netscape, AOLbyPhone and Voicemail with Call Alert. Under Jeanine’s leadership, Radio@Netscape downloaded player experienced a 50% growth in consumer base and usage in the 4-month period after the launch of the enhanced version of the product.

Jeanine is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley with a degree in psychology and a minor in business administration from Haas School of Business.






CTO,
Bill Sumerlin

Bill Sumerlin is CTO of LiveHit, Inc. He is currently applying his knowledge and experience in architecting and building our next generation cloud based, real-time web ("crowd") activity tracking system.

Bill has 30+ years of experience working in the computer world, and has architected and developed numerous products and technologies, and has written over a million lines of code for Adobe (font rendering and program portability), Amblit Technologies (semantic web navigation, semi-intelligent distributed software agents, interactive avatars, speech and language recognition) Apple (software development tools), GE (high-speed communications, distributed processing and complex CAD/CAM networks), Microsoft (software development tools), NASA (Pioneer Venus instrument data processing with world-wide, real-time distribution), Sun Microsystems (software development tools) and other national and international companies. Bill has also developed a number of methodologies for Call/Contact Centers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems while working with Aspect, Cisco, IBM, I3, Siemens, Shortel and others. He has founded or co-founded 6 companies. Bill received his BS and MS degrees in engineering from Stanford University.

Bill also helps companies develop and secure their intellectual property. He just completed LiveHit's first patent application for LiveMaps. While at Go Play Network, Bill authored 3 patents on next generation distributed, multi-user game networking, rapid-development prototyping and multi-user information management. He was also the first to demonstrate playing high-resolution videos on cell phones over 2nd generation networks. Bill has held senior executive positions (COO, CTO, EVP) in a number of high technology, consulting and software development firms. In recent years, he has been working primarily with start-ups, helping them develop their business plans, create their initial, leading edge products and prototypes, and helping them secu their seed and series A financing.

In his spare time, he works with various non-profits, has been a high school tennis coach and helps officiate various junior tennis tournaments.
